One of the "Three Score and Ten"

And I came back when the city was yet to wake up. And the streets were abnormally empty. And the air was polluted like before.

And it was over.

Sometimes people get a feeling of being at home when they come back from a long journey. This time I didn’t. Some other times the feeling is as if your mind and soul were still in that place you visited and your body was the only one who came back. This time it wasn’t like that either.

The whole “me” was there -mind, soul and body- on the back seat of a random yellow taxi, and I didn’t feel at home. Sleepless, I was staring at the way the world was wheezing by the looking glass, with no memories or feelings. A slightly darker dawn, weariness and the notes of Keith Jarrett’s piano were trying to feel an empty space in an unknown location.

And nobody cared. And I didn’t care. Or maybe I did. And everybody did. But we were all pretending…

Yes, we are all pretending.

Also, i love the fact that you are enjoying yourself the way you are doing now, keep living your life to it's fullest. The sad and happy times is what makes ourselves unique.

  3. Carina, well I guess I had mixed emotions at that time.

Jeip, thanks man... yeah it's been a long time since our days in Tokyo hehe. I'm treasuring those days as if they were the Holy Grial for the Templars. But anyway, I still have a long way to go... thanks for following. love ya 2 ;)
